What we collect
We keep things minimal. There is no account here: no sign-up, no email address and no profile, so we never ask you for anything that identifies you. Basic, aggregate usage is measured to improve the site.
When you finish a game, an anonymous, aggregate tally of your score and which statements fooled players is recorded to improve the game and power the “% got fooled” and percentile stats. This tally contains no personal identifiers. If you share your result, the verdict card is generated on our server from the encoded result token in your share link.
Your daily streak and today’s result are stored in your own browser’s local storage so the game can remember you between visits. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data erases them.

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
